The hot-pressing sintering production equipment is mainly a hot-pressing sintering furnace, which consists of heating furnace, pressurizing device, mold, and temperature & pressure measuring device.

     • The heating furnace uses electricity as the heat source, and the heating elements include SiC, MoSi or nickel-chromium wire, platinum wire, molybdenum wire, etc.

     • The device requires gentle speed, constant pressure and flexible pressure regulation. Both lever type and hydraulic type are fine. According to the requirements of material properties, the pressure atmosphere can be air, reducing atmosphere or inert atmosphere.

     • The mold requires high strength, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and does not bond with the hot-pressed material. The thermal expansion coefficient of the mold should be consistent with or similar to the hot-pressed material. According to the sintering characteristics of the product, hot alloy steel, graphite, silicon carbide, alumina, zirconia, cermet, etc. can be selected. The most widely used are graphite molds and CC molds.
